Easy Exchange Shipping Label - Regular item

We know that you may need to return an item, either because it didn't suit you or you need a different size or color. To help you accomplish this at as low a price as possible, we offer a prepaid return shipping label.

• This label is a regular hat (like a fedora) that was shipped to you in a box.
• This is for USA shipments only, does not apply to international shipments.
• The cost of the service includes a prepaid shipping label to get the item back to us, and, we will ship any exchanged item back to you at no additional cost.
• Since we offer items for sale on many marketplace venues, when completing this purchase, please indicate if the purchase was made on Amazon.com, eBay.com or here at RatPackHats.com. Also you will be asked to supply the order number (Amazon) or your user ID (eBay) so that we can find the original order and get you the proper shipping label. 

Once you have completed checkout and paid for the label, you will download a return exchange form and we will email you the label and instructions to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours.
